Hi, I’m Patrick!

I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma's Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2021. I completed my practicum at NorthCare, where I received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and later worked at the DBT Institute of Oklahoma during my candidacy. Since then, I've continued to pursue training in attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy, while building a practice centered on helping adults with ADHD.

My therapeutic approach integrates DBT for executive functioning and emotion regulation skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address identity, shame, and self-esteem, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients improve their relationships and navigate interpersonal challenges that often accompany ADHD.

On a personal note, I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, so I understand firsthand the frustration, confusion, and self-doubt that many of my clients experience. That perspective has shaped both my passion for this work and my commitment to helping clients build lives that work with their brains rather than against them.
