If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911 and request a CIT officer. You can reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255. The Oklahoma Suicide Prevention Resource Center also has many resources available. Colorado uses the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which is available statewide. You can call or text 988 for immediate crisis support, including suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, or concerns about someone else.
