A path forward
Every journey has its challenges, and you don’t have to face them alone. Therapy provides a space to slow down, find your direction, and take the next step toward meaningful change.
ADHD not only affects our ability to focus and manage time; it can also create unintentional consequences that strain our relationships. This can look like missing emotional cues, forgetting important relational information, or an imbalanced division of labor, to name a few. Over time, these patterns can add up and be interpreted as, “My partner doesn’t care.” With training in relational connection, I understand how the symptoms of ADHD can create ruptures in our most important relationships. When a relationship is at risk, I help clients understand the deeper emotional hurt that can develop between partners while also learning to advocate for their needs and helping their partners and loved ones better understand the role ADHD plays in the relationship.
